Kindly read these Terms and Conditions which form a contract agreement between you and Croatia Boat Trips.
Once booking has been submitted you confirm that you comply with Terms and Conditions.

In case of a group tour or ferry service, the one who makes booking also accept Terms and Conditions on behalf of whole group and will be required to do payment for the group.

Booking will be directed through Rezdy.
Upon submitting of booking, confirmation will be sent to your email account.

Kindly note that all bookings require payment of 25% of the full price at the time of the booking. If booking occurs within 30 days before your scheduled tour/ferry date full payment is required.
You will be informed by email when you need to pay the balance of your booking which is 30 days before your departure date.

In case you want to do payment with a bank transfer or Bitcoin, kindly contact us.
For all Bitcoin payments 20% discount is available.
For all bookings done 30 days or more before tour/ferry service date 20% discount is available.

All prices are in Euros.
Prices for tours are per person.
Prices for ferry service are per boat which can carry up to 7 passengers with their luggage. Croatia Boat Trips is not responsible for changes in currency exchange rates that may occur between booking and refund.

All prices shown on our site and Rezdy are based on present costs and include VAT.
Croatia Boat Trips reserves the right to change already published prices on the website in case of currency change, taxes, or any cost increase outside our control.

Croatia Boat Trips reserves the right to change route, departure times or cancel service without pre notice in case of weather, technical difficulties or any reasons that are out of Croatia Boat Trips control.

If a tour/ferry service is cancelled we will make a full refund. Croatia Boat Trips shall then have no further liability towards you.
In case of a rainy weather and whole day rain forecast, we will offer you to cancel your participation with full refund, even if tour is not cancelled.

Cancellation of tour/ferry service:

Cancellation received 10 days or more before the tour/ferry – no cancellation fee charge

Cancellation received 7-9 days before the tour/ferry – 25% cancellation fee charge

Cancellation received 3-6 days before the tour/ferry – 50% cancellation fee charge

Cancellation received within 48 hours before the tour/ferry – 100% cancellation fee charge

If you want to make a change of your schedule please send us email as early as possible so we can check for options.

Croatia Boat Trips acts in good faith and is not held responsible for any damage, accident, sickness or schedule change due to weather/sea conditions, force of nature, or other irregularities out of control. Luggage is at the owner’s responsibility during tour/ferry service.

All information on Croatia Boat Trips is subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on our website. These general booking conditions are subject to change and we reserve the right to update these conditions without notice.

In case you felt disappointment and/or have a complaint we would want to hear about it. It is an opportunity for us to meet your needs and to upgrade our service. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs.
All complaints that reach Croatia Boat Trips more than 10 days after your tour/ferry service finished will not be valid for compensation.

Kindly note that passenger travel insurance is included in our price, however we recommend you to take personal insurance when traveling to be ready for any contingencies, especially in case you want to participate in local activities.
