In the event of bad weather, we will offer you to cancel your participation with full refund or the option to reschedule on another day, even if tour is not cancelled.

If you cancel your tour or ferry at least 10 days prior to the date of your tour/ferry, there is no cancellation fee and you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your tour or ferry 7-9 days prior to the date of your tour/ferry, you will be charged a fee of 25% of the ticket price and will be refunded the rest.

If you cancel your tour or ferry 3-6 days prior to the date of your tour/ferry, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the ticket price and will be refunded the rest.

If you cancel your tour or ferry 48 hours or less prior to the date of your tour/ferry, you will not receive a refund.

In the event that it rains, we will still run our boat tours and ferry. If you choose not to take your tour, we will offer you a full refund. If you choose not to take your ferry, we cannot offer you a refund.

  • In the event of a boating incident, our sailor would distribute lifejackets, deal with the incident, and report information and safety plan to the passengers. Our skipper would control the boat and make the appropriate distress calls to nearby boats and the coast guard.
  • Medical emergencies might require first aid and a change of course to the nearest hospital.
  • A fire onboard would be extinguished with our fixed firefighting system or with a hand extinguisher and fire blanket.
  • Our boats are equipped with technology that enables the coast guard to track us and to receive alerts of any real time emergency using radio and satellite.

Boat passenger insurance is included in the price of your tour or ferry ticket. Please note that this insurance covers you only on board the boat. In case of injury caused by activities outside the boat, boat insurance would not cover this. Helicopter evacuation and E.R., for example, would be covered only by your own travel insurance, which we recommend everyone has.

No, there is no bathroom on board. There will, however, be restaurants with bathrooms at many of our tour stops.

Unfortunately, our boat is not wheelchair accessible at this time.

Smoking is not allowed on board.

Yes, responsible alcohol consumption is allowed on board the boat. We prefer that you bring cans or plastic bottles rather than glass. We will provide the cups!

Yes! Our boat is equipped with a Bluetooth audio system, which you may use to connect your own Bluetooth enabled device.
